To mark International Women’s Day on March 8, jewellery brands across the country launched campaigns and activities celebrating women’s journeys, individuality and self-expression

Mumbai: International Women’s Day 2026 saw several jewellery brands across India launching campaigns that celebrated the journeys, choices and identities of women. Through story-telling, customer voices, events and digital initiatives, brands highlighted themes such as self-expression, independence and individuality. From spotlighting real-life achievements to creating experiences centred on wellness and personal milestones, these initiatives reflected how the jewellery industry is engaging with women beyond traditional narratives of celebration.

Thangamayil Jewellery’s ‘She is My Gold’ campaign

Thangamayil Jewellery introduced the ‘She is My Gold’ campaign, where a customer shares a tribute to the special woman in his life. The initiative celebrates the love, strength and presence of women, highlighting how jewellery can mark appreciation and meaningful relationships.
