Ahmedabad: The All India Gem & Jewellery Domestic Council (GJC) built on the success of last year’s inaugural edition of ‘GemLead Focus’ by continuing its landmark collaboration with IIM Ahmedabad through the exclusive executive masterclass series designed to redefine leadership, excellence and advanced development for the industry.
This year’s programme, held from August 31 to September 3, 2026 at the IIM Ahmedabad campus, brought together leading professionals and entrepreneurs from the gems and jewellery industry for an immersive residential learning experience led by IIMA’s distinguished faculty.
Adding to the programme’s impact, guest speakers Pankaj R. Patel, Chairman of Zydus Lifesciences, and Sandeep Engineer, Managing Director of Astral Polytechnik Ltd., shared their experiences and perspectives. Through immersive in-depth interactive sessions, they provided participants with invaluable insights and learnings that can be applied to their professional and business journeys.
