Retail is evolving in the jewellery segment all across the world. As the consumer evolves, the in-store spaces is changing as drastically as the mindset of the retailer is. There has never been a better time to switch to jewellery retail. And a manufacturer with over two decade’s experience in the Indian gem and jewellery business has developed his retail brand called Suvarnam Jewels.
Specializing in South Indian bridal jewellery, Suvarnam Jewels has its flagship store at Himayatnagar, Hyderabad. The brand also offers semi-bridal, and daily wear jewellery that are budget-friendly. The stronghold of Suvarnam Jewels is prompt customization. “Due to our experience in jewellery manufacturing, we can guarantee optimum customer satisfaction based on the kind of design they want from any region of India,” said Hema Nahar, founder, Suvarnam Jewels. This has created an edge for the brand for all clientele — the old ones who have become regular buyers initially because of the background in manufacturing, and the new ones who like the diverse offerings in readymade and customized jewellery.
Inaugurated in July 2021, this boutique store has over 1,800 square feet space. Access is open for everybody. With minimalistic yet traditional décor, the brand has successfully tapped into the buying preferences of the new age bride and their families. In order to target the bridal segment in the Telangana region, Suvarnam Jewels is increasing its reach by participating in over 10 B2C jewellery exhibitions in and around the Telangana region. “With two advantages of design diversity across any category, be it kundan, polki, meenakari, jadau or yellow gold jewellery, and fastest delivery of customized products, we are strengthening our brand value in our current market base. Talks are on to expand in the Jubilee Hills region with our second retail showroom,” Nahar added.
