Vadodara: Sara Gandevikar Jewellers has launched a podcast series as part of its effort to engage with customers and address queries related to the jewellery market. The initiative is designed to provide information on topics such as gold, silver, diamonds, pricing and market trends, while creating a platform for communication with customers.
The podcast is structured in a question-and-answer format, with queries being addressed by Swati R Gandevikar, Director, Sara Gandevikar Jewellers. The first episode has been released, with plans to expand the series to around 15 episodes in a season. Future episodes are expected to include participants from related sectors such as fashion, jewellery design and other industry-linked fields, broadening the scope of discussions.
Swati R Gandevikar, Director, Sara Gandevikar Jewellers Pvt. Ltd, said, “This podcast is an initiative to provide the right information to our customers. The current situation in the market is very uncertain, so everyone has a lot of questions. Through this medium, we can answer their questions and address trends. We have just launched our first episode and received a very positive response.”
The first episode covered multiple topics including gold, silver, natural diamonds, pricing and trends, offering an overview for listeners. Based on feedback, the brand plans to take up specific subjects in detail in subsequent episodes.According to Gandevikar,customers have asked for information on topics such as natural diamonds andpolki in more detail, and the podcast will be covering these subjects in upcoming episodes.
The initiative supports the brand by creating a channel for ongoing engagement with customers, while also bringing them closer to the store through the interaction.
