Chandigarh: PP Jewellers recently rolled out the eighth edition of its ‘Grand Gold Carnival’, aligning the initiative with the ongoing wedding season to drive customer participation and sales. The annual campaign has been positioned as a large-scale engagement platform aimed at reaching families during key purchase periods.

According to the company, the Grand Gold Carnival was designed to connect with a wide customer base while adding value to wedding-related purchases. Vikas Garg, Director, PP Jewellers said, “The Grand Gold Carnival was conceptualized with the vision of reaching the maximum number of families during the wedding season and contributing in our own meaningful way to their celebrations. The core focus is to enhance the overall shopping experience and create memorable moments for families.”

Under the scheme, customers received one voucher for every purchase of Rs 10,000, making them eligible for a lucky draw. The campaign recorded participation of more than 60,000 families. The highlight was a live lucky draw conducted on the brand’s official Instagram and Facebook pages, where members of the public selected tokens and the corresponding customers were declared winners.

A total of three cars, three television sets, three refrigerators and three air-conditioners were awarded as prizes. Garg said, “The live draw ensured transparency, as members of the general public were invited to select tokens and winners were declared in real time.”

From a business perspective, the initiative has delivered measurable gains. Garg stated, “The Grand Gold Carnival strengthened our competitive positioning and resulted in approximately 2.5 times increase in sales during the campaign period.” The company also reported a rise in customer footfalls across its stores.

Through the Grand Gold Carnival, PP Jewellers has combined promotional incentives with digital engagement, using large-scale participation and rewards to reinforce customer trust and drive higher conversions during the wedding season.

PP Jewellers operates 11 stores across Ambala, Chandigarh and New Delhi.
