Recipient of the Young MD of the Year Award, Mohit Sheth has an undergraduate degree in Global business management from Regents University, London, and a graduate gemmologist degree from GIA, New York. Sheth joined the business in 2017 Ever since, their keenness to experiment with new designs and simultaneous increase in the frequency of new design introduction to keeping in tandem with the increased frequency of customer visits (who may not have necessarily increased their yearly jewellery budget) has led to sustained growth in the turnaround of inventory, and increased profitability.

Sheth is taking significant measures for the growth of knowledge among customers to be able to make more informed buying decisions. Making the organization more data-reliant, Sheth is capturing information about stock performance and customer behaviour at a more granular level. It is enabling the organization to work with select high-performing vendors and also target customers with more relevant communication. Sheth understands the value of loyal customers and has devised new ways to reward the top 200 customers in ways that make them feel special.

Technological advancements, data analytics and digitisation are tools that helped Sheth find new ways of increasing the customer base from one single store. Aware of the goodwill of the brand, and its reputation for distinct and designer pieces, Sheth is keen to expand in the local and regional markets. To that end, Sheth is launching a new heavy bridal showroom by the end of the year. Under his supervision, the brand will have high-end, wedding-related designer gifting items, for which the brand has already been partnering with Arya, Rosenthal, Roberto Cavalli, Versace, Ekani, Episode and others.
