Ludhiana: Khurana Jewellery House recently hosted Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) Punjab members at its Ludhiana showroom as part of its ‘Carat & Craft’ initiative, engaging them for a session focused on jewellery knowledge, care and usage.
The session included a masterclass by a jewellery stylist who guided participants on diamond selection, styling based on face structure and outfit pairing, and making relevant purchase decisions. The format encouraged interaction, with participants engaging in discussions and seeking individual inputs.
The event was structured around a heritage and heirlooms theme, with four segmented ‘darbars’ showcasing polki jewellery, diamond jewellery, polki jadau jewellery and gold and antique pieces. The participants were given guided walk-throughs of these categories, enabling direct product experience. The event included activities and take-aways focused on jewellery care and usage, extending engagement beyond the session.
Soumya Khurana, Executive Director, Khurana Jewellery House, said, “We hosted this event at our Ludhiana showroom where we invited EO Punjab members for a masterclass focused on how to choose and style jewellery. It was designed as an interactive session where participants could understand what suits them, and make more informed purchase decisions.”
The initiative enabled the brand to showcase its product range while engaging directly with an influential group of entrepreneurs within its showroom. It also introduced first-time visitors to the brand, making them a new targetaudience segment.
The event format contributed to immediate as well as continued business outcomes, with some attendees making purchases on the spot, while others returned for enquiries.
Khurana added, “We did not have a direct selling approach. Customers engaged with the products, asked questions and returned with clarity on what they wanted. It helped build confidence and led to both enquiries and sales.”
Through ‘Carat & Craft’, Khurana Jewellery House connected product understanding with customer interaction, supporting both brand visibility and business outcomes.
Khurana Jewellery House operates three stores in Punjab, including its flagship showroom in Ludhiana and two stores in Amritsar.
