Jos Alukkas stands for woman power, cultural pride by associating with Miss South India ’25

Bengaluru: Leading jewellery retailer Jos Alukkas recently associated with the Miss South India 2025 pageant, presenting it along with textile brand, Garden Vareli. The event, in its 23rd edition this year, brought together 21 finalists from across the South Indian States, each representing her region’s unique cultural identity.

Paul Alukkas, Managing Director, Jos Alukkas, said, “Miss South India 2025 is a celebration of individuality and tradition. Every contestant is a reflection of strength, elegance and cultural pride, values that align perfectly with what we stand for at Jos Alukkas. It is inspiring to see young women embrace their roots while confidently stepping into the future.”

The event highlighted the traditions, creativity and diversity of Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, Telangana and Tamil Nadu. From performances to personal narratives, the evening celebrated the evolving identity of South Indian women while honouring their cultural roots.

Miss South India, organized by Pegasus Global Pvt. Ltd. since 2002, is a regional beauty pageant that crowns one representative from each of the five South Indian States. The competition features multiple rounds, including ethnic wear, cocktail and gown segments, and gives out cash prizes and rewards for the winners.
