The jeweller’s lucky draw campaign offers customers purchase-linked rewards by way of household appliances every month, along with a Bajaj Chetak electric scooter in the monthly mega draws
Nagpur: Khandelwal Jewellers has launched its ‘Bhagya Lakshmi Lucky Draw 2026’, a five-month customer engagement campaign running from August 1 to December 31, 2026, across its four branches in Nagpur, Yavatmal, Warud and Hingoli.
The initiative has been introduced ahead of the festive and wedding season with the objective of increasing customer engagement, store footfalls and jewellery purchase while giving customers multiple opportunities to win rewards. According to Aditya Khandelwal, Director, Khandelwal Jewellers, the campaign is intended to link jewellery purchase to rewards and turn it into an ongoing customer engagement opportunity during the festive period.
“Our focus is not only on jewellery sales, but also on creating excitement, increasing customer footfalls, encouraging higher ticket size, and strengthening customer relationships during the festive period. Through attractive monthly lucky draws and a grand Bajaj Chetak mega draw, the campaign turns every jewellery purchase into an opportunity to win valuable rewards,” said Khandelwal.
Under the scheme, customers receive one lucky coupon for every Rs 10,000 spent on jewellery, with coupons issued upon completed billing. Each of the four branches will conduct a monthly lucky draw with 20 winners, resulting in 80 winners across the four locations every month.
In addition to the branch-level draws, all remaining eligible coupons will be included in a mega draw, through which one customer will win a Bajaj Chetak electric scooter every month. The campaign will therefore have five Chetak winners by the end of December.
The monthly rewards comprise a range of household appliances, including Godrej refrigerators and washing machines, IFB microwaves, Philips home theatre systems and juicers, Wonderchef air fryers, induction cooktops, mixers, blenders, coffee makers, toasters, kettles, irons and other appliances, all relevant to the brand’s customer base. Khandelwal Jewellers expects the campaign to distribute approximately 400 prizes during the five-month period.
Khandelwal said the reward structure was designed to provide customers with multiple opportunities to participate throughout the campaign period. The retailer had previously conducted a similar campaign under its ‘Shubh Laabh’ scheme, which received strong response. Based on the success of that campaign, Khandelwal Jewellers sought to create an even bigger and more rewarding opportunity for customers during the 2026 festive season.
According to Khandelwal, the response has been extremely encouraging since the launch of the Bhagya Lakshmi Lucky Draw campaign, with strong customer participation and excitement across all four branches. The retailer said the initiative has contributed to increased store visits, customer engagement and festive shopping sentiment, with customers enquiring about the monthly draws and following winner announcements.
“The campaign has become more than just a promotional offer — it has evolved into a festive celebration that customers are genuinely enjoying and looking forward to every month,” said Khandelwal.
The mega Bajaj Chetak draw is conducted publicly and streamed live on Khandelwal Jewellers’ Instagram, with the format intended to ensure transparency and build customer trust around the draw process.
With the Bhagya Lakshmi Lucky Draw, Khandelwal Jewellers is using a combination of monthly branch-level rewards and a recurring Bajaj Chetak Mega Draw to give customers multiple opportunities to win throughout the five-month campaign period.
Khandelwal Jewellers has four retail stores, located in Nagpur, Yavatmal, Warud and Hingoli, in the Vidarbha and Marathwada regions of Maharashtra.
