GJEPC’s India Pavilion concludes successfully at JGA Hong Kong 2024
The pavillon featured 12 exhibitors, showcasing a rich variety of Indian gems and jewellery across 117 sqm area of the prestigious event
Hong Kong — The Gem & Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC) recently concluded India’s participation in the Jewellery & Gems Asia (JGA) Hong Kong, hosted at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. As Asia’s premier mid-year B2B sourcing platform for the gem and jewellery industry, this event promises unparalleled opportunities for exhibitors and buyers alike.
Held from June 20-23, the India Pavilion, organised by GJEPC, featured 12 esteemed exhibitors, showcasing a rich variety of Indian gems and jewellery across an expansive 117 sqm area. Exhibitors were strategically located in Hall 3FG for diamonds, Hall 3C (Concourse) for gemstones, and Hall 1AE for jewellery, highlighting India’s exceptional craftsmanship and diversity in the gem and jewellery sector.
“The Hong Kong market is crucial for the export of Indian gems and jewellery,” stated Vipul Shah, Chairman of GJEPC. “Participating in Jewellery & Gems Asia provided our exhibitors with a vital platform to display the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of Indian products to a global audience. We are committed to reinforcing India’s leadership in the gem and jewellery industry through such prestigious events.”
In Hall 3FG, focused on loose diamonds, exhibitors included H R Diam (3G623), Kolors (3G522), Venu Diamond (3G524), and A.J. Mehta & Co. LLP (3G621). The gemstone section in Hall 3C (Concourse) featured Chordia Gems Private Limited (3M171), Royal Gems Impex (3M173), and M S Gems (3M169). In Hall 1AE, dedicated to jewellery, exhibitors included Pietre Del Mondo (1B525), Jatin Gems (1B527), Panchoo Jewels LLP (1B426), and Surya Jewellers (1B427).
The GJEPC organizes India Pavilions at renowned international exhibitions such as JCK Las Vegas, Vicenzaoro, and others globally. In addition to these exhibitions, GJEPC engages in various trade promotion activities, including product-specific buyer-seller meets and organising delegations to significant gems and jewellery hubs worldwide.
