The campaign focuses on understanding the needs of brides and grooms, offering personalized interactions and showcasing versatile diamond jewellery suitable for multiple wedding occasions. Charu Jewels has differentiated itself by creating these direct connections
Surat: Charu Jewels has introduced the second edition of its Vivaahrambh campaign titled ‘The Bold & Beautiful Bride’. The campaign explores what makes a bride bold and beautiful, while positioning the brand as a preferred destination for wedding jewellery buyers.
The initiative began last year and is designed to engage with families preparing for upcoming weddings. The brand collects details of wedding dates, interacts with families in advance, and offers personalized invitations and hampers ahead of the wedding season. Through this engagement, Charu Jewels positions itself as a partner in planning jewellery purchases suited to each function and occasion.
Nikhil Desai, Director of Charu Jewels, said, “The main focus of Vivaahrambh is to cater to wedding buyers. We interact with families, especially brides and grooms, to understand their requirements and guide them on jewellery that fits different wedding settings, whether indoor, outdoor or destination.”
The campaign also showcases a new collection of diamond jewellery designed for multiple uses. Pieces are crafted so they can be adapted into lighter formats or worn as pendants beyond the wedding ceremony. This approach is aimed at increasing relevance for buyers who want versatility from their purchases.
Reflecting on the response, Desai added, “Last year, families were still understanding the concept. This year we have seen a 30-40% increase in wedding buyers, many coming through referrals from families who engaged with us previously.”
By connecting directly with wedding households and tailoring diamond jewellery to evolving preferences, Vivaahrambh has reinforced Charu Jewels’ visibility during the wedding season.
The Surat-based jeweller, with a single showroom, is positioning this annual campaign as a sustained bridge between its products and wedding jewellery shoppers.
