Brand ambassador Rashmika Mandanna joins global icons at Swarovski’s 130-year celebration

Held in Los Angeles, an exhibition, ‘Masters of Light – Hollywood’, paid tribute to the enduring bond between Swarovski and the world of film and fashion

Los Angeles: Swarovski marked its 130th anniversary recently with an exclusive celebration in Los Angeles for the grand opening of its exhibition ‘Masters of Light – Hollywood’, paying tribute to the brand’s rich legacy of glamour, craftsmanship, and innovation.

At the celebration, Rashmika Mandanna, brand Ambassador for Swarovski India, made a radiant appearance, adorned in an exquisite selection of the brand’s signature creations, including the Millenia choker, Mesmera necklace and earrings, and intricate pieces from the Una, Matrix and Constella collections.

The star-studded evening took place at Amoeba Music, where guests immersed themselves in Swarovski’s dazzling world that bridges cinema, fashion, and artistry. Under the vision and creative direction of Swarovski Global Creative Director Giovanna Engelbert, and curated by British fashion journalist Alexander Fury, the ‘Masters of Light – Hollywood’ exhibition showcases Swarovski’s century-long influence on the worlds of entertainment and luxury design.

The celebration, attended by Swarovski CEO Alexis Nasard, had a glittering guest list of global icons including Cher, Kylie Jenner, Baz Luhrmann, Catherine Martin, Jeff Goldblum, Venus Williams, Viola Davis, Laura Harrier, Elisabeth Olsen, Amelia Gray, Lisa Rinna, Wisdom Kaye, Alex Consani, Sarah Jane and Brooks Nader, Blue Pongtiwat, Rashmika Mandanna, Oklou, Anok Yai, Victoria de Angelis, Adut Akech, Laetitia Casta, Sora Choi, Jessica Hart, Elisa Sednaoui, Belinda, and Chelsea Frei.

“It’s an honour to celebrate 130 years of Swarovski — 130 years of light, joy, and creativity,” said Giovanna Engelbert, Global Creative Director of Swarovski. “With ‘Masters of Light – Hollywood’, we pay tribute to the enduring bond between Swarovski and the world of film and fashion, where crystals have illuminated some of the most iconic moments in entertainment history.”

Founded in 1895 in Austria, Swarovski designs, manufactures and retails the finest crystals, Swarovski created diamonds and zirconia jewellery and accessories, as well as home décor. Swarovski’s crystal business has a global reach with approximately 6,600 points of sale, of which 2,300 are owned stores, in more than 150 countries.
