Shringar House of Mangalsutra secures SEBI nod to proceed with its Rs 250 crore IPO

Mumbai: Shringar House of Mangalsutra has received approval from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to proceed with its Initial Public Offering (IPO). The company plans to raise Rs 250 crore through a fresh issue of 2.43 crore equity shares, with no offer-for-sale (OFS) component.

According to its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) filed on February 5, 2025, the company will use the proceeds to support working capital needs, business expansion, retail network growth, and other general corporate purposes.

Known for its focused offering in mangalsutra designs, Shringar House of Mangalsutra is looking to tap into capital markets to fuel its next phase of strategic growth. Further details on the IPO’s pricing and launch date are expected in the forthcoming RHP.
