Bengaluru: Omnichannel jewellery brand GIVA has raised a total of Rs 530 croreat the end of its latest Series C funding round. The capital will be used to scale GIVA’s retail and digital footprint, enhance tech-enabled supply chain capabilities, deepen its offerings in lab-grown diamond jewellery and expand into new categories. This development comes less than a year after GIVA closed its extended Series B round raising Rs 255 crore in October, 2024.

Our earlier story on June 11(based on regulatory filings by GIVA with the Registrar of Companies on May 26, had reported that GIVA had raised Rs 450 crore in the Series C funding round, led by Creaegis, until then: As per regulatory filings with the Registrar of Companies, GIVA’s board passed a resolution on May 26 to issue 1.73 lakh Series C compulsorily convertible preference shares (CCPS) at Rs 25,947 apiece to investors. GIVA raised Rs 235 crore from lead investor Creaegis Investment, along with Rs 124 crore from returning investor Premji Invest, and Rs 44 crore from Epiq Capital. Edelweiss Discovery Fund and Usha Dalmia Trust also offered Rs 34 crore and Rs 10 crore respectively, in the Series C fund-raiser. According to the filing, the fresh capital will be utilized for operational expenditure, including talent acquisition, marketing, corporate needs, and other strategic initiatives outlined in GIVA’s business roadmap.
In addition to the equity capital, GIVA has also secured Rs 30 crore in debt financing from Alteria Capital, a separate filing confirms. The company further expanded its Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) by adding 15,853 equity shares valued at Rs 41 crore, bringing the total ESOP pool to Rs 203 crore.
GIVA’s post-funding valuation stands at around Rs 3,950 crore—a 2X jump from its previous valuation during the Rs 255 crore funding round.
Founded in 2019 by Ishendra Agarwal and Nikita Prasad, GIVA began its journey with 925 sterling silver jewellery and has since diversified into 14K/18K gold and lab-grown diamond jewellery.Today, the brand retails through 240+ physical stores across Indiathrough a franchise-led model, along with its own online e-commerce platform.
