This September, Fabergé presents a new addition to the highly sought-after Visionnaire DTZ range, the Visionnaire DTZ Yellow Gold.

The timepiece, which was presented with an award at the 2016 Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève (GPHG), within the category ‘Travel Time’, for its outstanding craftmanship enabling dual time zone functionality, unveils the newest addition to the revolutionary collection.

The new Visionnaire DTZ, has movement developed exclusively by Agenhor Manufacture, one of the top horological names in the industry – merging modern technology with the brand’s culture and heritage. The design boasts a case comprised of 18 karat yellow gold with titanium, complimented by a classic blue facia – a definitive colour that never goes out of style.

The element of fun and intrigue that exemplifies Fabergé’s fascinating history, as established by its founder Peter Carl Fabergé’s exquisite body of work, is illustrated within the Visionnaire DTZ Yellow Gold in a remarkably clever way. The unique and intricate method in which the second time zone is seen on the watch can only be visible when the watch is seen at a right angle, a secret only the watch owner will know.

The satin finish gilded dial projects decadence, while the strap, presented from vintage calf leather replaces the alligator skin maintaining a skilfully crafted bold and contemporary look, while adding to it a distinguished vintage appeal.

The multi-purpose nature of the piece that allows time-keeping to run across two time-zones marks its practicality, while the exquisite excellence in technical innovation is what ultimately makes it truly a Fabergé.

The magnifier in the centre of the piece has been specially engineered to add depth and body, taking months of research and development to perfect due to the nature of light reflection.

The Fabergé Visionnaire DTZ Yellow Gold is made from 6924 calibre, specifically developed to fit the dimensions of the 43mm precious metal case. Numerals and hour markers are exquisitely applied on sapphire with a unique metallic treatment complimented by a dial side rotor with blue embellishment. Being water resistant for up to 50m, the timepiece allows the user true freedom to explore totally uncompromised.
