Launch of Celant marks Bhima’s entry into the modern lightweight daily-wear jewellery segment

Celant has been developed to address a growing need for jewellery that balances style, functionality and responsible sourcing. Bhima’s decision to launch Celant stems from an understanding of evolving customer preferences

Trivandrum: Celant Jewellery, a new venture by Bhima, was recently inaugurated at the brand’s MG Road showroom in Trivandrum. The event was led by Bhima Jewellery Director Navya Suhas, in the presence of Chairman Dr B. Govindan, Managing Director Suhas MS, and Directors Jaya Govindan and Gayatri Suhas.

Celant has been developed to address a growing need for daily-wear jewellery that balances style, functionality and responsible sourcing. Backed by Bhima’s hundred-year heritage, Celant offers 18-karat lightweight gold jewellery, certified diamond collections and gemstone pieces. Its offerings include designs for casual use, weddings and statement occasions.

Bhima’s decision to launch Celant stems from an understanding of evolving customer preferences. Celant aims to provide jewellery pieces that suit today’s lifestyles while maintaining Bhima’s established standards of quality and transparency.

The brand focuses on ornaments that are wearable throughout the day—offering selections from minimalist studs to cocktail rings. Celant maintains ethical sourcing and certification for all materials used.

Celant is positioned as a brand that supports personal expression through jewellery, shaped by Bhima’s values and developed for contemporary use. The brand has also introduced the Celant Premium Club, which offers members access to tailored services, events and rewards.

Through Celant, Bhima extends its legacy by catering to a new generation with designs that combine heritage, accessibility and practical appeal. The launch reflects Bhima’s ongoing commitment to evolve while remaining grounded in the principles that have shaped its journey over the last century. The brand’s showroom at MG Road, Trivandrum, is now open for walk-in customers. Collections are also available online at www.celant.in.

Founded in 1925, Bhima Jewellery has become one of India’s most prominent jewellery brands. With over 60 stores across Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Telangana, as well as four stores in the UAE, the brand continues to expand its footprint. Celant marks a new chapter in this journey, targeting a different segment while maintaining the values that define Bhima.
