GRT Jewellers showcases classical influences in its ornaments as jewellery partner for Marvellous Marghazhi

Chennai: GRT Jewellers is a pioneer in championing the confluence and intersection of different art forms. Collaborating with Marvelous Marghazi as the jewellery partner, the brand took part in an event which invited senior practitioners of different musical and dance forms. A special line of jewellery working primarily with gold and polki was curated and featured at their Marghazi event in Chennai in the third week of December.
The event welcomed a cadre of esteemed artists, each adorned in exquisite jewellery from GRT Jewellers. Anantha, the maestro of Mridangam beats, and Charumathi, a virtuoso of melodic strings, graced the event. Rajesh Vaidhya, the Veena virtuoso, added celestial beauty to the atmosphere, donned in GRT Jewellers’ uncut diamond jewellery inspired by Lord Perumal. Siblings Lalgudi GJR Krishnan and Lalgudi Vijayalakshmi were adorned in green beads and ethnic gold jewellery from GRT Jewellers at the energetic event.
Shashank Subramanyam’s soulful tunes, accompanied by Sirisha’s graceful Bharatanatyam, were complemented by their stunning gold beaded jewellery.
Srekala Bharath’s Bharatnatyam performance was elevated by GRT’s gold ethnic beads jewellery. Padma Bhushan awardee Vikku Vinayakram, Selvaganesh, and Swaminathan, the maestros of Indian percussion and Veena artist Jayanthi Kumaresh showcased rhythmic brilliance.
The Marghazi event allowed the brand to successfully showcase its jewellery with intricate craftsmanship, featuring motifs inspired by the arts and music and which embodied cultural richness. GRT Jewellers was also able to successfully reach out to a vast audience of arts and jewellery enthusiasts, highlight the brand’s USP and reinforce its position as a staunch patron of the arts.
