PUNE: On the upcoming occasion of Maharashtra Day and Coronation Day of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, Gargi by PNG Sons is hosting a sculpture exhibition of Shivaji Maharaj in association with artist Ashwin Kadam. This is the first of its kind by Gargi.
The exhibition will highlight the 14 sculptures of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj made by Kadam and it will be displayed at PNG Sons Chinchwad showroom from April 16th to May 1st. Janta Raja and Shrimant Yogi sculptures are the main attractions of the exhibition, which are available in plain black and golden color form. While speaking about the sculptures, Kadam said that to give a realistic feel to the sculptures, we have made them from 28 different parts and used imported automotive colors as well as sand paper. Even sculpture is decorated with ornaments and cloths.
This exhibition is in line with our strategy to offer the best to our customers, and Kadam is a well-known sculpture artist who has done seven international and 50 national shows. This is the first exhibition, and we are planning to do more in the coming months in various parts of the country to showcase our historical legacy, said Aditya Modak, director Gargi by PNG Sons brand.
