Rajat Agarwal, Director, Shree Banaras Jewels, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, talks to Samit Bhatta, publisher of The Retail Jeweller India magazine about his expectations from the IIJS
What are your expectations from the IIJS and what products are you looking at?
We were missing IIJS physically for one and a half years now. Now the great platform is back where we can procure things physically. We are looking at gold jewellery because that forms our majority sales. We are the first jewellers in Varanasi to sell hallmarked gold jewellery to our customers. I am looking at lightweight jewellery too. We will look at antique and temple jewellery too.
