Two years ago a customer came to the shop looking for jadau jewellery. After going through our latest collections, he looked so impressed that he immediately bought some of the jewellery. When I got into a conversation with him while the bill process was on, he praised the beautiful ambience of the store. He told me that when he entered the store he felt that he has come to a museum and not to a jewellery store. I think it was one of the best compliments that I had from a customer.
