Hari Krishna Exports celebrates 27th anniversary, organises a blood donation camp
Hari Krishna Group, a leading name in the Gems and Jewellery industry, organised a blood donation drive on 3rd July 2019 at The Capital, BKC. The drive was held on the occasion of HK’s 27th anniversary, the blood donation camp was open for company employees and common masses. The camp was aimed to emphasise blood donation awareness and its importance of saving lives.
HK group holds blood donation drives thrice a year and over 10108 units of blood has been collected till date from Mumbai and Surat office.
The event was honoured by prominent bankers, well-wishers and Shri. Ghanshyam Dholakia, Founder & Managing Director of Hari Krishna Exports Pvt. Ltd.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Ghanshyam Dholakia, Founder and Managing Director, HK Exports Pvt Ltd. said, “Blood is a colour of humanity and is one of the finest gestures one can make to save lives. The people involved in major surgeries and accidents require blood in regular interims and having said that, it is hard to find blood in emergencies when there is no stock of blood available. The main objective behind this noble cause is to bridge the blood shortage gap and empower the humanitarian responsibility of saving lives. I am thankful to the donors who donated blood today for such a generous act.’’
The blood donation drive was concluded by giving a token of appreciation, the blood donors were presented with a gym bag, certificates and books along with their donor cards.
