Surat: Kalamandir Jewellers’ flagship retail initiative, Suvarna Mahotsav, is back in its third edition with a robust 360-degree marketing campaign around it, that is already accelerating footfalls, boosting sales and reinforcing the brand’s leadership across key jewellery categories. Launched on July 1, 2025, the core objective of the initiative, according to the brand, is to create a compelling brand moment—one that attracts both new and returning customers, deepens engagement, and strengthens long-term customer value. “It’s about building more than just sales momentum; it’s about creating a meaningful connection with our customers that lasts beyond the campaign period,” says Chahat Shah, Director, Kalamandir Jewellers.
To promote the event, Kalamandir has executed an integrated engagement strategy across ATL, BTL and digital channels. Offline efforts included outdoor branding, newspaper ads, in-store activations, and hyperlocal events to ensure strong visibility in key markets. On the digital front, the brand leveraged Meta platforms, YouTube ads, regional influencer collaborations, and CRM-driven WhatsApp campaigns to create high-frequency customer touchpoints. While outdoor media played a critical role in mass awareness, it was the digital campaign—particularly short-form video content and retargeting ads—that delivered measurable impact in terms of conversions and lead generation.
The brand recorded a 15-20% increase in footfalls across major stores compared to the pre-campaign period, with several locations achieving conversion rates exceeding 70%. Demand was particularly strong in the bridal and diamond segments, while silver gifting items gained notable traction among younger and first-time buyers.
Learnings from previous editions played a key role in shaping the 2025 campaign. Data-driven product curation and emotionally resonant story-telling emerged as guiding principles. Curated collections in bridal, lightweight diamonds, and festive silver were developed based on regional preferences and evolving consumer behaviour. The campaign narrative focused on themes of trust, celebration, and exclusivity, brought to life through real customer stories and immersive visual content.
“As a brand, we view Suvarna Mahotsav not just as a seasonal campaign, but as a growth engine that powers our omnichannel strategy and enhances customer lifetime value,” declares Shah. “It strengthens engagement through curated experiences and reinforces our leadership across the bridal, diamond and silver categories.”
Kalamandir positions Suvarna Mahotsav not merely as a promotional initiative, but as a long-term retail growth enabler. As the third edition delivers strong outcomes, the event has firmly established itself as a cornerstone of Kalamandir’s retail calendar—balancing tactical sales momentum with strategic brand-building objectives.
Kalamandir Jewellers operates 12 stores across India, including flagship showrooms in Ahmedabad, Surat, Mumbai, Bharuch, Vapi and Kosamba, and airport outlets in Surat, Chennai, Varanasi, Jaipur, Udaipur and Kolkata.
