Nagpur: Rokde Jewellers recently collaborated with Maharashtrachi Hasya Jatra, a comedy show on Sony TV, for an event at its flagship showroom at Laxmi Nagar in Nagpur, attracting strong customer interest and engagement. The association was designed to connect with the brand’s core Maharashtrian audience while offering patrons a unique opportunity to interact with popular Marathi celebrities.
Explaining the inspiration behind this initiative, Paras Rokde, Director, Rokde Jewellers, said, “We collaborated with Hasya Jatra due to its immense popularity and the presence of well-loved Marathi celebrities. For our flagship showroom in Nagpur, the objective was to offer our customers a unique opportunity to interact with these stars, experience their charisma up close, and gain a glimpse into their real lives.”
During the event, celebrities engaged with customers, shared their thoughts on the upcoming festive season, and explored RokdeJewellers’ antique gold jewellery collection. The specially designed ‘Golden Avatar’ showroom experience also received strong appreciation from both customers and the celebrities, adding to the memorability of the occasion.
The collaboration generated considerable in-store excitement and was further amplified through digital traction. This dual engagement allowed the brand to strengthen its visibility while creating deeper connections with its patrons.
“The presence of popular celebrities thrilled our customers, generating significant excitement and footfalls in-store. While driving sales was not the primary objective, we observed a noticeable spike in both sales and footfalls on the day of the event and the subsequent two days,” said Rokde.
