Flagging off this expansion spree, the brand inaugurated its latest showrooms at Hospet and Chitradurga in Karnataka on March 15 and 16 respectively
Kozhikode: Malabar Gold & Diamonds is set to launch 12 new showrooms across India in March 2025, as part of its strategic expansion plan, aimed at enhancing accessibility to its jewellery. Brand ambassador Kareena Kapoor Khan appeared in a video to announce the plan, and reveal the location of the forthcoming stores.
The expansion drive was flagged off with a showroom opening that took place in Hospet, Karnataka on March 15, followed by another store launch in Chitradurga, Karnataka on March 16. The next one is scheduled in Nandyal, Andhra Pradesh, on March 22. Simultaneous store launches will take place at Bhelupur, Uttar Pradesh; Nagarbhavi, Bangalore; and Machilipatnam, Andhra Pradesh on March 26. Brahmapur, Odisha, will also see a launch on the same day. The brand will launch its Panvel showroom on March 27, followed by stores at Pune’s Sinhagad Road and Soubhagya Nagar, Bhubaneswar, on March 28. The final phase of this expansion will see new stores in Dhanbad, Jharkhand, and Amalapuram, Andhra Pradesh, both opening on March 30.
All the new stores will showcase an extensive collection of the brand’s gold, diamond, platinum, and gemstone jewellery, catering to a variety of styles and preferences. The brand is offering customers a free silver coin with every purchase made in a specified period after each store launch.
