Following the positive response, the brand plans to conduct similar campaigns with expanded digital promotion and in-store engagement
Lucknow: Lala Jugal Kishore Jewellers recently hosted a lucky draw dedicated to home-makers, aiming to engage its core customer base during the festive period. Held at the brand’s showroom, the draw rewarded winners with practical household appliances such as microwaves, toasters and mixers, products that simplify daily life and are often not prioritized in personal purchases.
A total of nine winners were chosen from 381 entries over nine days of the activity. Each day’s winner received a specific prize, with all entries recorded and reviewed through a transparent process. The draw sheets were verified and made available for reference, ensuring fairness and openness throughout.
Commenting on the initiative, Tanya Rastogi, Director, Lala Jugal Kishore Jewellers, said, “We wanted to celebrate home-makers, who are often the heart of every home but seldom indulge themselves. By gifting them a set of practical household appliances, we wanted to make their lives easier.”

Customers qualified for participation through verified purchases or campaign-specific criteria. The activity not only encouraged repeat visits but also enhanced overall customer engagement across store locations. The excitement of the daily draws increased store footfalls, with many participants returning to be present at the announcements, and ending up exploring the brand’s jewellery collections.
“The energy in the store during the draw period was remarkable. It helped us create stronger emotional connections with our existing customers while attracting new ones,” Rastogi added.
Following the positive response, the brand plans to conduct similar campaigns with expanded digital promotion and in-store engagement. These initiatives are expected to reinforce brand loyalty and sustain customer relationships by offering rewarding experiences that go beyond transactions.
Lala Jugal Kishore Jewellers is known for bespoke jewellery crafted using traditional techniques. It has five stores in Lucknow.
