KK Jewels hosts women’s wellness retreat to nurture client relations beyond transactions

The event offered an intimate space for clients to connect with the brand in a non-commercial setting

Ahmedabad: KK Jewels recently organized a full-day retreat in Ahmedabad, bringing together 36 women for a session centred on breathing, healing and manifesting wellness. The initiative is part of the brand’s ongoing customer engagement programme, through which it has created a group of women clients and hosts monthly events exclusively for them.

The latest retreat, themed around the mystical Lion’s Gate Portal, featured a six-hour session that included meditation, sound therapy and ice bath therapy. Notably, Lions Gate dates back to the beliefs and wisdom of ancient cultures. Considered to be a mystical time in astrology, the Lions Gate portal refers to the aligning of two strong cosmic energies—the star Sirius and the star known as our Sun—in our cosmos, leading to wellness and positivity. The event thus gave customers an intimate space to connect with the brand.

Explaining the motivation behind the initiative, Kailash Kabra, Managing Director of KK Jewels, said, “These events are our way of thanking clients who have been supporting us and referring us to their near and dear ones. By creating memorable experiences, we strengthen our relationship with them and build goodwill that goes beyond jewellery purchase.”

The retreat also acted as a platform for deeper engagement, where participants not only interacted with the brand but also with one another, strengthening the community KK Jewels is nurturing.

“Every month, we host one event for this select group of clients, and the response has been encouraging,” said Kabra. “The women who attended were highly engaged, and such initiatives keep them connected to KK Jewels while ensuring they feel valued.”

Founded on the idea of building long-term trust, these client-focused activities highlight KK Jewels’ strategy of combining experiential engagement with brand loyalty. By offering consistent value outside of the showroom, the retailer is positioning itself as more than a jeweller, but as a brand invested in the lives of its customers.

Founded in 2006 by Kailash Kabra, KK Jewels (now Kabra Jewels Limited) has grown into a leading jewellery house in Ahmedabad with seven stores across the city.
