The two-part event included an exclusive jewellery showcase at the brand’s showroom followed by a fund-raiser gala. Collaborating with a charitable organization not only brought in new clientele for the brand, but also allowed it to contribute to a noble cause
Ludhiana: Khurana Jewellery House recently joined forces with the Philanthropy Club, a charitable organization that empowers NGOs through resources and collaboration, to host a fund-raising event in support of thalassemia patients. The event, held in Ludhiana, was a two-part initiative that underscored the brand’s dedication to philanthropy and CSR, while also driving its business objective.
The first part of the event took place at the Khurana Jewellery House showroom, where members of the Philanthropy Club were invited for an exclusive tour. Soumya Khurana, Executive Director of Khurana Jewellery House, said, “We showcased a variety of jewellery collections, including award-winning pieces, unique gold options, and designs that merge traditional with modern. The event was an opportunity for guests to engage with our jewellery and explore pieces priced under Rs 5 lakh, a segment that appealed to the club’s members.”
Following the showroom event, Khurana Jewellery House sponsored the annual ‘Denims and Diamonds’ fund-raising gala, an event attended by approximately 200 people. This occasion was significant not only for raising funds for thalassemia patients but also as a platform to introduce the brand to a wider audience in Ludhiana. The event included a fashion show where the women walked the ramp wearing Khurana Jewellery House ornaments. These jewellery pieces were also auctioned, with the highest bidder donating the amount raised for the cause.
Explaining the brand’s rationale behind the sponsorship, Khurana said, “The cause resonated with us, and it was a perfect fit for our CSR efforts. The event brought together industrialists who are involved in philanthropy, a group we believe aligns with our brand values.”
The collaboration proved to be mutually beneficial, as it created brand awareness while raising funds for a noble cause. “The event exceeded our expectations. Not only did it generate goodwill, but it also brought in new clientele from Ludhiana and surrounding areas,” added Khurana.
Khurana Jewellery House recently expanded its footprint in Punjab with the opening of its latest store in Ludhiana, marking its third location following two established stores in Amritsar. This strategic expansion gives the brand opportunity to engage with a wider audience.
