GJIIF 2024: Akshaya Tritiya edition launched at Chennai Trade Centre on February 23

The prestigious GJIIF is jointly organized by The Jewellers & Diamond Traders Association – Madras (MJDTA) and TN Jewellers Federation (TNJF), and supported by NGJCI and IBJA

Chennai: The prestigious GJIIF 2024 – Akshaya Tritiya Edition kickstarted in Chennai on February 23. The show is slated to continue till February 25.

The show was formally inaugurated by leaders and dignitaries of the gem and jewellery industry including Saiyam Mehra, Chairman – GJC; Jayantilal Challani, President – MJDTA (The Jewellers and Diamonds Traders’ Association – Madras); B. Sabarinath, President- TNJF (Tamil Nadu Jewellers Federation) ; A.S. Sriram, Former President of TNJF, B. A. Ramesh, Joint MD of Thangamayil Jewellery, S. Santhakumar, Secretary of MJDTA; Yogesh Kothari, Treasurer of MJDTA,  and V.K Manoj of United Exhibitions respectively.

GJIIF is India’s largest B2B expo for South Indian jewellery. It is jointly organized by The Jewellers & Diamond Traders Association –Madras (MJDTA) and TN Jewellers Federation (TNJF) and supported by NGJCI and IBJA. The show is being managed by United Exhibitions.

With a humble beginning of over 500 booths from across India in 2018, GJIIF has now grown to become the largest exclusive B2B jewellery tradeshow for South India with over 1200 booths from over 25 cities covering over 10 states. GJIIF has become the platform for jewellery sourcing in Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra and International buyers from Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Singapore, UAE and Malaysia.
