“I have moved from multitasking to focused execution. Doing less with more focus has improved my decision-making and leadership”
Morning routine that helps prepare for the day
My day begins with a short prayer and meditation. Depending on the day, I follow it with a workout or a walk, then enjoy a strong cup of coffee while reading up on business or design. This sets a focused tone for the day.
Planning the day and prioritising tasks
I rely on Google Calendar for scheduling and Slack for internal communication. These tools help structure my day clearly, avoid clutter, and keep the team aligned.
The top three daily tasks
Brand and product development, mentoring the team, and staying close to customer feedback. These are the pillars that help the brand stay relevant and grow sustainably.
Tasks self-managed and delegated
I handle brand vision, innovation, collaborations, and high-level decisions. Routine operations, sales coordination, and client follow-ups are delegated to capable team members.
Work that brings the most satisfaction
Client feedback shared by stores. Positive reviews and product appreciation are the most fulfilling moments of my day.
The last thing before ending the day
I take 5–10 minutes to reflect and often speak with my wife and daughter about the day. These conversations give perspective and unwind the mind.
Staying focused and energised after a long workday
I disconnect from screens and spend time with family. Practicing gratitude and writing down challenges with possible solutions clears my mind and keeps me energised.
Staying motivated and continue daily
Staying curious is key. I make it a habit to study trends, customer behavior, and data daily. Small improvements over time drive long-term success.
Practices that help stay at the forefront of the jewellery business
Every week, I take 90 minutes of undisturbed time to think strategically. It is the single most effective habit that boosts clarity and performance.
Time management and planning for effective leadership
I have moved from multitasking to focused execution. Doing less with more focus has greatly improved my decision-making and leadership.
