Surat: Svaraa Jewels has launched its Valentine campaign titled ‘Carats of Love’, aimed at engaging customers in the run-up to Valentine’s Day, while strengthening the brand’s presence in the lab-grown diamond jewellery segment. The campaign, which went live on January 1, 2026, focuses on jewellery for gifting and initiatives designed to increase store visits and customer interaction.

The Carats of Love campaign centres on a Valentine-focused collection comprising rings and theme-based jewellery designed for the occasion. Alongside product promotion, the campaign includes in-store engagement activities and outdoor advertising across key markets where Svaraa operates.

A key element of the campaign is the brand’s use of artificial intelligence across its marketing communication. All campaign visuals, including hoardings, digital creatives and model imagery, have been generated using AI, with only the jewellery products photographed physically. According to the brand, integrating technology into how it presents lab-grown jewellery to consumers elevates its marketing strategy.

Explaining the intent behind the campaign, Chahat Shah, Founder,Svaraa Jewels, said, “When we position ourselves as a lab-grown jewellery brand, it is important that our communication reflects that thinking. This campaign uses AI across all visual content to show how we are adopting technology as part of the brand, not only in jewellery but also in story-telling.”

The campaign is being promoted through social media, digital platforms and outdoor hoardings, with visibility across Svaraa’s five stores. Within the initial phase, the brand reported an increase in enquiries and footfalls, with sales in the first 9 days recording a rise of around 20-25% compared to the same period earlier.

Alongside marketing outreach, Svaraa has introduced in-store party sessions as part of the campaign, beginning at its Borivali store in Mumbai. These gatherings were structured to encourage conversation and education, allowing customers to learn about lab-grown diamonds and the brand’s approach to jewellery selection.

Commenting on the in-store format, Shah said, “The in-store party format helps us connect directly with customers. When people understand lab-grown diamonds through open conversations, it creates familiarity and long-term association with the brand.”

According to him, these sessions have contributed to conversions, positive customer feedback and follow-up visits, supporting both engagement and sales outcomes during the campaign period.

Svaraa Jewels currently operates five retail stores across Ahmedabad and Mumbai and sells online to customers across 6,000 PIN codes in India. Its growth roadmap includes entry into Tier II cities, followed by international expansion.
