Lucknow: Kakun Fine Jewellery recently organized a sound healing session led by Nad Sakti, introducing a wellness-driven engagement format for its customers. The session took place at the Kakun Fine Jewellery boutique, where the setting ensured a calm and focused experience for the participants.
Aditi Gupta, Founder, Kakun Fine Jewellery, said, “We believe true luxury is an experience that nourishes both the outer and the inner self. The sound healing session was curated to bring our community a moment of serenity, mindfulness and emotional well-being.”
The event was conducted across three sessions, each accommodating around 10 to 12 participants. The structure was planned to keep the groups compact so that each participant could engage with the process without distraction. Opening the event to both customers and employees allowed the brand to build shared experiences that went beyond transactional interactions.
Kakun Fine Jewellery used this wellness initiative to strengthen its customer touchpoints and underline its interest in nurturing long-term relationships. By introducing an experience centred on well-being, the brand expanded its role from a product-driven entity to one that supports emotional connection and genuine engagement.
Participants shared strong and positive responses. Many noted a sense of peace and clarity, adding that the session reflected the care and detail they associate with Kakun Fine Jewellery. Launched last year, Kakun Fine Jewellery is a boutique store in Lucknow, India, offering heirloom jewellery made of gold and polki. The brand’s store, located at Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, features handcrafted jewellery designed for the modern woman.
