Launch of the campaign coincides with opening of the brand’s 25th store at Khandagiri Cave Road in Bhubaneswar
Bhubaneswar: Odisha’s Chandi Bhandar has introduced its ‘Wedding Stories’ campaign, using real-life couples to show how silver jewellery moves through wedding routines, family traditions and shared milestones. The campaign positions jewellery as part of a couple’s journey, reflecting how pieces are passed on, used and remembered across generations. The launch of the campaign coincides with the opening of the brand’s 2,500 sq. ft store – its 25th – at Khandagiri Cave Road in Bhubaneswar.
‘Wedding Stories’ captures moments linked to weddings, from the jewellery a bride carries forward to the pieces chosen by the groom and the items that families preserve through changing times. The idea is to show how silver is used in homes before, during and after the wedding, and how these objects continue to remain present in daily life.
Speaking about the thought behind the campaign, Lipsa Hans, Founder, Chandi Bhandar, said, “Our jewellery is more than adornment—it’s a piece of tradition, an expression of love, and a part of our customers’ wedding stories. With this campaign, we aim to celebrate those connections and the authentic beauty of real couples.”
The campaign follows couples through their individual routines and family interactions rather than presenting staged narratives. Each story focuses on how they use silver in meaningful ways, such as gifting, marking occasions, or continuing practices linked to their household history. This approach allows the brand to draw attention to lived experiences associated with silver jewellery and artefacts.
The brand’s new Khandagiri store displays its full silver range, including women’s jewellery, men’s accessories under the Amogh line, and pieces for children through the Treasures collection. The store also features silver articles for gifting and home use, covering traditional and contemporary needs.
Chandi Bhandar was founded in 2013 by Lipsa Nayak Hans. The brand now operates 25 stores across Odisha, with a focus on building long-term customer relationships in silver jewellery retail.
