Mumbai: Waman Hari Pethe (WHP) Jewellers has continued its long-standing association with the ‘Shravan Queen’ pageant by sponsoring the Mumbai City Finale of its 2025 edition. The event saw Vishwanath Pethe, Medha Pethe and Niranjan Pethe from the jeweller family felicitating the winners.

At the pageant, contestants showcased a wide range of WHP’s jewellery collections. They wore different types of jewellery in multiple rounds, highlighting both traditional and modern designs. Diamond jewellery featured prominently in the fashion rounds, paired with contemporary outfits, while traditional pieces were showcased in ethnic segments. This presentation allowed the brand to demonstrate the versatility of its portfolio, and enhanced its efforts to connect with new and diverse audiences.

Speaking about the association, Neel Pethe, Director, Waman Hari Pethe Jewellers, said, “We have been associated with Shravan Queen for more than seven years. The main objective has always been to provide a stage for young talent and open up avenues for them to pursue careers in modelling, acting and related fields. For us, it is about supporting aspirations and creating opportunities.”

WHP plans to extend the association by featuring the top three winners in upcoming reels, which is expected to boost the brand’s visibility on digital platforms. While giving the contestants exposure, it will enable WHP to connect with a younger audience segment.

On whether the sponsorship was linked to sales expectations, Pethe said, “Our focus here was not on increasing footfalls or direct sales. The purpose was to support talent and align our brand with a platform that provides recognition to young women of Maharashtra. The visibility and engagement we receive as a brand is a by-product of that commitment.”

With a network of 30 stores across Maharashtra, Waman Hari Pethe Jewellers continues to build on its heritage by engaging with cultural and talent-led platforms, valuing tradition while embracing new brand-building avenues.
