Good Glamm co-founder Priyanka Gill announces launch of lab-grown diamond brand Coluxe
Backed by early-stage funding, the brand is slated for a digital launch in mid-2025, followed by retail expansion
New Delhi: Priyanka Gill, former venture partner at Kalaari Capital and co-founder of the Good Glamm Group, has announced the launch of Coluxe, a lab-grown diamond (LGD) brand. The brand has raised funds in its angel round for an undisclosed amount, and is slated for a digital launch in mid-2025, followed by retail expansion.
Gill, now Founder and CEO of Coluxe, has said that the brand aims to make fine jewellery an everyday luxury for aspirational consumers. She sees a major opportunity with evolving consumer behaviour within the fine jewellery market.
“We are on the cusp of a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Mass-scale adoption of new consumer behaviour does not happen often. It is happening in the fine jewellery sector. Today, no one is defining the new reality for fine jewellery at a pan-India level. We see huge potential to build a sector-defining brand,” said Gill.
Coluxe will take an omni-channel approach, It will offer contemporary designs spanning solitaire rings, pendants, earrings, tennis bracelets and necklaces. The brand will also introduce thematic collections inspired by the zodiac, along with signature Coluxe pieces, Gill said.
According to the brand, a key differentiator for Coluxe will be its technology-driven focus on personalization. The brand plans to integrate AI-powered virtual try-ons, multi-setting designs and customization features to enhance the consumer experience.
Following its digital debut in May 2025, Coluxe will expand into flagship retail stores by July, tapping into India’s $50 billion fine jewellery market.
In the lab-grown diamond space, Coluxe will compete with established players such as Limelight Lab Grown Diamonds, Solitario and Jewelbox, and several gold and diamond retailers who have started their lab-grown diamond jewellery lines.
