Odissi Jewellery hosts ramp walk by customers at new showroom in Balangir

The event allowed attendees to enjoy themselves, interact socially with other customers and engage with the brand’s collections in a fun environment

Balangir: Jewellery retailer Odissi Jewellery recently organized an event for its customers at its newest showroom in Balangir, Orissa. It included not only a runway show but also an interactive social gathering, bringing together customers and jewellery enthusiasts from across Balangir. While a ramp walk by customers was one of the featured activities, the gathering also included various games and fun activities, allowing attendees to bond over their love for gold jewellery.

The event saw many customers trying on and showcasing Odissi Jewellery’s latest designs, adding a personal touch to the celebration. “It was an event where the ladies could relax, enjoy and engage with our collection in a fun environment,” said Navneet Sarawgi, Managing Partner of Odissi Jewellery.

The ramp walk gave customers the opportunity to become a part of the show, with several videos captured and shared on the brand’s social media handles, increasing engagement. Encouraged by the positive response, Odissi Jewellery plans to hold similar events across its other two showrooms.

The company’s marketing efforts span across print media and digital platforms, with dedicated Instagram pages for both Odissi Jewellery and Odissi Jewellery Balangir. “Our goal is to grow as a brand and make our customers feel like they are entering a luxurious space that feels like home,” said Sarawgi.

Though the event wasn’t focused on promoting any specific collection, the aim was to enhance brand visibility and foster a connection with the community. Looking ahead, Odissi Jewellery is planning more campaigns to showcase its jewellery collections, alongside engaging social initiatives, such as supporting plastic ban campaigns and improving traffic signal visibility—activities that will take place on a weekly or monthly basis.

With three retail stores already operational in Odisha—located in Jharsuguda, Sundargarh and Balangir—the brand is eyeing expansion with the next showroom launch in Bhubaneswar, scheduled within the next year or two.
