Anmol Jewellers demonstrates masterful craftsmanship in exclusive jewellery preview with Akina restaurant
The brand reported that the jewellery collection received positive feedback and appreciation from the attendees who relished Akina’s ambience
Mumbai: Brands and businesses often prioritize creating exceptional experiences for their customers. Spanning across industries, a momentous collaboration took place between a jewellery and an F&B brand. Anmol Jewellers recently collaborated with Mumbai’s Akina restaurant, seizing the opportunity to treat its high-net-worth clients to a memorable event.
The occasion featured an exclusive preview of the brand’s latest collections, complemented by a curated dinner. About 40-45 attendees present had the chance to explore five distinct showcases specially crafted by the brand for the event, enhancing their engagement and enjoyment throughout the evening.
“Along with our Bijouterie collection and some other new creations made with diamonds, uncut diamonds, emeralds and more, we wanted our clients to have the first glimpse of the five creations or styles. We had created a floral decoration around the showcases to bring more focus to the jewellery,” said Ishu Datwani, Founder, Anmol Jewellers.
The cuisine crafted by the food business played a pivotal role in enriching the overall experience for the brand’s clients, offering an additional advantage for the jeweller. This element was integral to ensuring the event stood out as distinct and exclusive, aligning perfectly with the brand’s aim to deliver exceptional and memorable moments for its esteemed clientele.
“What we were also trying to tell our clients is that the effort that goes into making fine cuisine and its presentation is quite like the process behind creating fine quality jewellery where the best products are used, and the effort and workmanship is top-notch,” he explained.
The proximity of the restaurant, where the event was hosted to Anmol Jewellery’s showroom in Mumbai, created an opportunity for the brand’s clients to recollect the hospitality and associate it with the brand during a visit to their showroom later. Datwani pointed out that the ambiance at Akina was elegant, something that even the brand was ensured with its showroom’s interiors.
The jewellery collections were displayed such that the guests could browse through them while enjoying cocktails. “These are very unique pieces, and we wanted them to see the jewellery from close quarters, if they wanted to select some pieces. These are one-of-a-kind pieces, and we will not be recreating or repeating them,” added Datwani.
The brand reported that the jewellery received positive feedback and appreciation from the guests in attendance. The nature of some enquiries was very specific, an indication that the clients were interested in making a purchase soon. “It is not about the immediate sale of the jewellery that we were looking at. This was an event where the customers could relax and socialise, and know more about the jewellery before planning a purchase,” said Datwani. He added that the positive image created amongst the clients enabled personal engagement with the customers, in contrast to professional visits to the store.
Datwani maintained that the exclusive look and feel of the high-end event have before, and will surely elicit responses from the clients, leading to sales and store visits from the attendees.
