Kiran Gems visit Surat Diamond Bourse site
Managing Director, Mavjibhai Patel, and Directors Dinesh Lakhani and Rajesh Lakhani visited Surat Diamond Bourse (SDB) on Saturday, October 16′ 2021 to prep up the on-site team of Surat Diamond Bourse.
The interior work of Kiran Gems has started and the World’s Largest Diamond Manufacturing Company is set to mark its beginning in Diamond City of India before Diwali 2022.
To accomplish the overall goal of our project, the office space of Kiran Gems is designed and executed by Manish Choksi of Design Core and the project consultants, Magnet Projects. Kiran Gems has acquired more than 100,000 sq ft office space spread over four floors of the 15-storey building.
SDB has also been addressed as the world’s largest office building on a single basement and will house more than 4,200 offices. Spanning 25,000 square feet, the Customs facility in Surat Diamond Bourse will be three times the size of the one in Mumbai.
“We are excited to move to the big complex that will accommodate more than 2000 diamond assorters and 500 sales and support team. We will be completely moving our sales team, accounts, human resource and marketing team to SDB. Our employees need to feel comfortable and calm in their physical work settings to produce their best work. The work-space will therefore be designed keeping in mind the wellbeing of every member of Kiran family, said Mavjibhai Patel, Director, Kiran Gems.
Highlights
The Surat Diamond Bourse project is being built on 66 lakh square feet of land in Gujarat’s Surat Smart City.
In all, the Surat Diamond Bourse houses more than 4,200 offices.
Employment opportunities to 1.5 lakh people.
