According to the brand, the store has seen a steep rise in footfalls and sales since the launch of the campaign
Nagpur: Kakkad Jewellers has introduced a recurring lucky draw campaign exclusively at its newly launched showroom at Kamal Chowk in Nagpur. The initiative began in November 2025, and will run up to April 2026, with draws being held every 10 to 14 days. The aim is to build customer movement at the new location and strengthen early-stage engagement with both existing customers and first-time buyers.
Customers making a minimum purchase of Rs 25,000 receive a coupon to enter the draw. Each round announces one primary winner along with multiple winners of household items. The first draw recorded 20–25 winners, with rewards including an Activa two-wheeler, refrigerators, TVs, washing machines, and other utility items. According to the brand, one customer who won the Activa had purchased silver jewellery worth Rs 25,000. The entire process is carried out through transparent coupon selection.
Explaining the objective of the initiative, Shankarlal Kakkad, Director of Kakkad Jewellers, said, “Customers who purchase jewellery from us have supported the brand for many years. The lucky draw is our way of giving something back, and we ensure that every participant receives a gift.”
The new showroom was launched in November 2025, and the campaign was planned to create continuous momentum in the initial phase. Although the brand has four showrooms in Nagpur, the lucky draw is limited to the Kamal Chowk location to position it strongly in a competitive market and introduce its product range to customers preparing for wedding and festive purchases.
The first round drew participation from existing customers of the brand as well as new buyers visiting the showroom for the first time. Kakkad Jewellers reports that the store has seen a steep rise in footfalls and sales since the launch of the campaign, marking the strongest early response among all its recent store openings.
Speaking about customer reception, Kakkad added, “The campaign has brought in both familiar and new faces. Many customers visited specifically to participate, and it helped us introduce them to our collections.”
The lucky draw campaign will continue at the Kamal Chowk store, with regular announcements planned through the six-month period.
Kakkad Jewellers in Nagpur was incorporated as a private limited company in 2008 and now operates four stores in the city.
