Kochi: Joyalukkas has announced the transition of John Paul Alukkas, until now Managing Director of International Operations, to the role of Chief Executive Officer, marking a leadership development within the group’s global operations. The move reflects the brand’s focus on continuity, governance and structured growth across its markets.

John Paul Alukkas has been associated with the Joyalukkas Group since 2007. and has played a key role in expanding its presence beyond India. He has led market entry and consolidation across the Middle East, the United States, the United Kingdom, Singapore and Malaysia. He also continues to serve as a Non-Executive Director of Joyalukkas India, supporting coordination between domestic and overseas operations.

As Chief Executive Officer, John Paul Alukkas will oversee global strategy, service standards, and operational alignment across regions. The transition allows the organization to streamline leadership responsibilities, strengthen governance frameworks, and support consistent execution across markets. His background in branding, marketing, and strategic planning contributes to unified decision-making across retail, manufacturing and customer-facing functions.
