Notably, all the stores were inaugurated by women, and aim to build the brand’s presence in growing suburban markets while extending reach into culturally important and emerging urban centres
Pune: Gargi by P.N. Gadgil & Sons has started the New Year by opening four new stores across the country. Notably, all the stores were inaugurated by women, a strong statement of Gargi’s commitment to empowering and uplifting women at every touchpoint.
The locations of the new stores are The Capital near Lake Shore Mall in Nalasopara East, Palghar and Sun Soman Square, Kalyan, (Maharashtra), Udaipur’s Nexus Celebration Mall (Rajasthan) and DB City Mall in Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh).
Each location has been carefully chosen to give customers the best shopping experience and ensure maximum footfalls. The Nalasopara store serves the growing number of customers in the Vasai-Virar area, while the Kalyan store will serve the huge market in Thane district. The Udaipur location brings Gargi’s products to the culturally rich city of lakes. The store in Bhopal will serve customers in the capital of Madhya Pradesh.
Aditya Modak, Co-founder, Gargi by P.N. Gadgil & Sons, said, “As we enter 2026, we are excited to bring Gargi’s unique mix of modern fashion jewellery to four new, lively markets. What makes this expansion even more special is that women opened each store. This was a deliberate choice that reflects Gargi’s DNA. Women have always been at the centre of our design philosophy and the way we treat our customers. It’s not just a symbol that women are leading these inaugurations; it’s also a reflection of who we are and who we serve. These launches are not only about expanding our reach, but also about our ongoing commitment to creating places where women feel valued, empowered, and inspired.”
With these four new stores, Gargi by P.N. Gadgil & Sons continues its aggressive retail expansion strategy, making it even more popular among fashion-forward jewellery lovers all over India.
The brand operates with the backing of P N Gadgil & Sons, a business with a history close to 200 years. The brand has expanded across Maharashtra with stores in Pune, Mumbai, Thane and Nashik, and now is building its presence across India.
