The new showroom marks the jeweller’s expansion into another market in the State, going beyond its home ground Maharashtra
Khandwa: Ratanlal C. Bafna Jewellers has opened a new showroom in Khandwa, Madhya Pradesh, expanding its retail presence into another market in the State. The opening follows the launch of the jeweller’s Burhanpur showroom in April 2026.
Spread across approximately 3,600 sq. ft., the Khandwa showroom offers jewellery across gold, diamond, silver and platinum categories. The new outlet caters to customers in Khandwa and surrounding areas, where the retailer has seen customers travelling to its other showrooms.
According to Siddharth Bafna, Owner, Ratanlal C. Bafna Jewellers, the company’s existing customer base in the region was a key factor in selecting Khandwa and Burhanpur for expansion. “The store is about 3,600 sq. ft. Traditionally, cities like Khandwa and Burhanpur have been a good market for us. Customers have been coming to our other stores from these areas and hence we picked those cities,” he said.
The opening of the Khandwa showroom comes after the retailer’s entry into Burhanpur earlier this year. The two locations give the jeweller a presence in markets where it already had customers visiting its existing stores, providing a basis for establishing dedicated retail outlets in these cities.
The Khandwa showroom opening further extends Ratanlal C. Bafna Jewellers’ retail presence beyond Maharashtra. The jeweller has an established network in Maharashtra, with its existing showrooms serving customers across markets including Jalgaon and other locations. Its expansion into Madhya Pradesh adds to this network and marks its continued focus on markets where it has an existing customer base.
Ratanlal C. Bafna Jewellers has been in the gold jewellery business for around five decades. The jeweller currently operates seven showrooms across Maharashtra, with its portfolio spanning gold, diamond, silver and platinum jewellery. The company’s latest openings in Burhanpur and Khandwa add two new locations to its retail strength.
