Jewellers Association Show (JAS) 2021 is catalyzing that demand and supply relationship with their fundamental mantra of bringing brilliance of Jaipur’s craftsmanship to the fore.  At JAS 2021, retailers will be exposed to a niche segment of 100 unique exhibitors, bringing an unforeseen degree of diversity to make their best purchase.

Putting emphasis on the legacy of Jaipur’s in both gemstone and jewellery manufacturing sector, Abhishek Sand, executive committee member, JAS Jaipur added that the show will have dedicated booths for colour gemstones and jewellery for easy decision-making of buyers.

“This reduces the need for a retailer to go to any other place to scout for kundan, meena and polki jewellery ranges, as they are directly interacting with the those organizations which are handcrafting the product,” observes Sand. This also allows a buyer to research the up and coming trends in the show before making the choicest of selection from a wide range. The pre-planned buying makes sourcing more efficient, improving the profitability of retailers.”

Another reason why JAS 2021 should be on the cards for many progressive retailers ahead of the upcoming buying season in Diwali is because of the time gap jewellery manufacturers have faced in showcasing their exhibits.  “Due to the pandemic,” said Sand, “manufacturers spent at least one year innovating and creating jewellery that would define trends and suit preferences for the far future. This gives a buyer the first mover advantage to choose from an unprecedented exhibit of Jaipur’s finest karigari under one roof right before the buying season. This is a win-win situation for every player.”

The exclusivity of inventory is the biggest offering for JAS 2021. A vast range starting with kundan, meenakari, polki, jadau, diamond, gold and silver jewellery will be exhibited to suit every visitor. These exhibitors have been handpicked to give a complete range of jewellery representative of Jaipur.

The upcoming season will require a huge variety to stoke demand, and manufacturer Kushal Kumar Jain from Rajmani Jewels believes that the show will have a decent balance of buyers also looking for trendy western jewellery range. “We are totally into the concept of traditional and western jewellery. We are expecting buyers from all states. We are certain that JAS 2021 will be successful,” said Jain.
