Mumbai: FURA Gems Pvt. Ltd. recently concluded the FURA Buyer-Seller Meet at J.W. Marriott, Sahar, in Mumbai on January 3rd. This exclusive event, marked the initiation of the Celebration Sapphire Campaign, highlighting the elegance of FURA Pink Sapphires.
FURA Gems is a dynamic gemstone mining company headquartered in the United Arab Emirates. It distinguishes itself as the first pioneering enterprise to cover the entire spectrum of coloured gemstones. With mining subsidiaries in Colombia, Mozambique, and Australia, the company produces emeralds, rubies, and sapphires, respectively.
With the enthusiastic participation of nine manufacturers, the Celebration Sapphire Campaign kicked off, placing a spotlight on the enchanting allure of pink sapphires. Dev Shetty, Founder & CEO of FURA Gems Pvt. Ltd., expressed his eagerness to connect with the younger generation and millennial retailers and consumers by offering a diverse range of coloured gemstones. At the FURA Buyer-Seller Meet, manufacturers and retailers alike shared valuable insights and market responses to pink sapphires. Uday Sanghi, Director of Sanghi Jewellers, Hyderabad, highlighted the positive attention garnered by the coloured gemstone market, particularly for pink sapphires. “There is a great potential for retailers to attract customers seeking a new and preferred colour for their collections,” said Sanghi.
Jitender Jain, Director of KGK Group, lauds FURA’s pink sapphires as a strategic triumph. Emphasising their benefits, he highlights the consistent supply, which enhances the manufacturing process. “The trend of pink sapphires gains traction, with customers and retailers appreciating the unique colour and design,” he said. Jain anticipates a surge in popularity for pink sapphire jewellery, citing its distinctive colour appeal and predicting imminent success in retail stores. On the other hand, Aditi Sanghani, Product Development at Priority Jewels Pvt. Ltd., highlights pink sapphires as a key innovation for diamond jewellery. She noted, “Pink sapphires enable design experimentation. Retailers are intrigued by FURA, and with support, they can introduce customers to the world of pink. We’re excited about creating new collections.”
