ORRA Fine Jewellery uses impactful client testimonials to promote its adherence to quality standards
The brand has shared two reels on Instagram, in which loyal customers talk about buying diamond jewellery from ORRA, and how it has always delighted them. One customer says she bought her bridal jewellery after a good experience with the brand, while two other customers talk of being loyal ORRA patrons for decades
Mumbai: Trust is the strongest factor that every brand survives on. Leveraging the trust factor, diamond brand ORRA Fine Jewellery has put out an undated series of customer testimonials, in which loyal customers say why they have stayed with the brand, often for years and generations.
The first video was uploaded on January 7, in which the brand spoke with a customer named Tanya Oberoi, who had bought all her bridal jewellery from ORRA. Talking about her experience, she said, “I am very particular about product quality, and the quality of diamonds offered by ORRA have impressed me enough to stay as a loyal customer.”
The next video featured multiple women customers. The first one to speak on camera was Nargis Bhatra, who said that all the jewellery that she has ever bought is from ORRA. “For the last 12 years, I’ve been associated with ORRA Fine Jewellery. I really feel at home whenever I visit any ORRA store,” Bhatra said.
Another customer, Sonia Mari, spoke about the variety in ORRA’s collections. “I’ve purchased from ORRA all the time, I’m loving the collection of bracelets that they have,” Mari commented.
Going back to the customer is a foolproof way of cementing a brand’s reputation. Once the customer is happy, all efforts put into quality assurance of products, provenance and promotion fall in place. By sharing these testimonials, which have cumulatively garnered 900K-plus views on Instagram, the brand put out a strong message of loyalty with the single most important assurance of great quality.
