With three different floors dedicated to the brand’s various product categories, the store’s bridal lounge makes jewellery selection more convenient for brides-to-be

Guwahati: L. Gopal & Sons Jewellers of Guwahati has ensured that jewellery customers get exactly what they need, across all product categories, when they visit the brand’s recently renovated store at Fancy Bazaar, Guwahati. Notably, the jeweller has brought in artificial technology (AI) to bring further convenience into the bridal jewellery shopping experience. Brides-to-be can stand before an AI screen and camera, which allows them to try on any jewellery from the brand’s collections virtually, within the private bridal lounge.

The store houses the brand’s extensive offerings spread across three storeys, including a bridal lounge that can comfortably accommodate not only the bride-to-be but also her family members. The first floor is full of exquisite silver artefacts and utensils that are often a part of auspicious ceremonies, while the second floor features the brand’s gold and diamond ornaments and collections. The third floor serves a more select bridal jewellery clientele that wants to dedicate time to make a purchase. Therefore, along with apt décor, this floor also features an AI application from MirrAR for the jewellery customer’s convenience.

Vikash Soni, Partner, L. Gopal & Sons Jewellers, explains, “We understand that during weddings and even otherwise, the decision to purchase jewellery involves all family members. One needs all the support one can get while buying wedding jewellery, given the importance of the event. Hence, the bridal lounge is on the topmost floor where wedding jewellery customers can be at ease and make informed decisions without any distractions.”

This section of the store also includes a separate room, letting brides-to-be change into their wedding outfits to simplify the process of jewellery selection. “Customers can also try out the jewellery pieces physically. The AI application is meant to make the jewellery trial more convenient where the customer can mix and match the ornaments and create their own combinations as per the colour and style of their bridal attire,” says Soni.

Apart from ensuring high-quality jewellery, the brand is also keen on maintaining the quality of its services and is receptive to customer testimonials and feedback that would help the brand grow.
