CaratLane ‘hits different’ with jewellery-first content at Style Icons Summit and Awards 2025

Instead of going the usual logo placement route, the brand explored more immersive formats. It created a ‘CaratLane Style Zone’, where celebs actually experienced the brand’s jewellery and engaged in a rapid fire round to share their jewellery anecdotes

Mumbai: CaratLane recently partnered with the Style Icons Summit and Awards 2025 organized by JioTV and Bollywood Hungama. The event, held in Mumbai, witnessed a gathering of the who’s who from the world of glamour and entertainment under one roof. “In a country where cricket is religion, Bollywood comes a close second. Which is why, when it comes to story-telling and visibility, celebrity-led content just hits different,” CaratLane declared on LinkedIn.

Thus, instead of going the usual logo placement route, the brand explored more immersive formats at the event. It created a ‘CaratLane Style Zone’, where celebrities could actually experience the brand’s jewellery, and genuinely engage with it. “We teamed up with the ever-charming Nayandeep Rakshit who played rapidfire with celebs (and our jewellery made many cameos!). We hosted a panel discussion on ‘The Role of Jewellery in Indian Cinema’, where our design head Meghna Jhaveri represented the brand with great insight,” said the LinkedIn post by CaratLane.

To wrap it all up, Shaifali Gautam, Chief Marketing Officer, CaratLane, felicitated actor Sanya Malhotra as the ‘Most Stylish People’s Choice Star (Female)’.Malhotra then shared a beautiful anecdote about how her favourite earrings are still the ones her mother gifted her from CaratLane.

The Bollywood Hungama Style Icons Summit and Awards 2025, with CaratLane as jewellery partner, was held on June 5, 2025.“Our intent was clear: to create jewellery-first content that feels authentic, not advertorial. In a world where traditional ads are getting skipped, scrolled or ignored — we’re leaning into relatability and culture. Because jewellery isn’t just about what you wear. It’s about who you are, and who you admire,” said CaratLane’s LinkedIn post.

Omni-channel jewellery brand CaratLane was founded in 2008 by Mithun Sacheti and Srinivasa Gopalan and later acquired by the Tata Group. Along with the brand’s website – which is one of India’s largest online jewellery destinations – CaratLane now has 320+ brand stores across the country and one international store in New Jersey. CaratLane plans to launch more than 40 new stores this fiscal.
