I have found inspiration in women who balance creativity with strong business instincts. Their journeys taught me that authenticity and precision create lasting impact.

What leadership qualities are essential in your field, and how have you embodied them in your career?

Adaptability, empathy, and clear communication are essential. In the jewellery industry, especially, trust and emotional intelligence go a long way. I’ve always believed in leading with intention, staying client-centric, and constantly learning.

What industry changes stand out to you?

There has been a clear shift toward LGDs, conscious luxury, and personalization. Clients are more informed and involved in their buying decisions.

One core belief that guides you?

“Stay rooted yet rise” This philosophy keeps us grounded in our values while encouraging innovation.
